I am a former Chief of the Mineola Fire Department and still active responding to fires as I finish my 44th year as a firefighter. I was Chief after Gary Mazur and I am also on of the Advisor's for our Junior Fire Department. Besides helping with the Juniors I am the driver trainer for my Fire Company. We are the Ladder Company and Rescue Company.We have just purchased a new Rescue Truck to replace our 20 year old truck. It will be exciting getting the new truck in service and all of our equipment on the truck. We presently have some of our rescue equipment on all three of our trucks.
